Ensemble Irini founded in 2015 by Lila Hajosi is a polymorphic vocal ensemble with a focus on a cappella work. Committed to creating "links that liberate" the Irini Ensemble travels between times and musical areas, ranging from the European Middle Ages and Renaissance to Byzantine music, to contemporary creation, and from the shores of the Fertile Crescent to the court of Bavaria via Constantinople.
